Kylie is an optimist and connector that is passionate about inspiring others to reach their potential through courage, connection, creativity, curiosity, confidence and consciousness.

After practicing yoga and meditation for over 15 years, Kylie discovered Kundalini Yoga in 2018. Known as the “Yoga  of Awareness” and considered the most comprehensive of yoga traditions, Kylie fell in love with Kundalini Yoga and decided to become a teacher.

Incorporating movement, meditation, mantra, relaxation and breath work, Kundalini Yoga works on every aspect of the mind, body and spirit. It is a practice for everyone regardless of age, fitness and experience.

Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga is a safe and effective way to reduce stress and anxiety and bring balance to the body, mind and soul. A regular practice of Kundalini Yoga activates the glandular system, strengthens the nervous system, expands lung capacity, purifies the bloodstream and builds core body strength.

Kundalini Yoga provides a deeper connection with yourself, improves mental and physical strength and removes stored and blocked energies holding you back from living your best life.

Kylie believes it is one of the fastest working yoga’s to tap into our own personal power and potential.

Friday 9.30am - 10.30am

Saturdays 9.30am - 10.30am

Casual Classes are $25 or there are class packages you can choose from.

10 Class Package – $180

It is great value for money, working out at $18 per class. It is also a great way to commit to keeping up with a regular yoga practice.

3 Class Package – $60

This package is a bit cheaper than a casual class with the cost reducing to $20 per class and is a great way to get the feel for Kundalini Yoga.

8 Week Beginners Package – $120

This a one off, introductory offer and is really good value for money working out to just $15 per class. This is a It is a great way to learn about Kundalini Yoga and build your practice each week over an 8 week period.
