Narelle is a Physical Education teacher and Wellness Coach for Simply Happy. She helps working women to feel more organised and prioritise themselves so that they can hold space for those around them. 
She's practiced yoga for over 20 years. She completed her teacher training in Yin & Nidra yoga in 2019. As a mum of two children, one who was recently diagnosed with autism she practices Yin & Nidra daily so that she can support her family. She shares my knowledge and passion of  rest and Yin & Nidra in regular classes.

Yin & Nidra Yoga

Yin & Nidra yoga is REST for both your mind and body.

The benefits are:

Tuesday 8pm-8.45pm (once full a Tuesday 7pm will be added)

$17 a casual class
