Support you during pregnancy by strengthening and nurturing your body. Prepare you for labour with appropriate endurance exercises combined with useful breathing techniques. Many women have employed these techniques for generations in assisting natural birth. Show you how you can stay centred, calm and strong during moments of challenge. To bring you joy into moving your pregnant body at any stage by guiding you through wonderfully flowing yoga poses.

Mums & Bubs Yoga Book Now

The Mums&Bubs Yoga classes are designed to restore, nurture and strengthen your body after the birth of your baby. The focus lies on strengthening the abdominal and pelvic floor muscles. Gentle opening and strengthening of the chest and shoulder areas.All poses and movements allow for a playful and fun interaction and bonding time with your baby. It is a weekly space which allows you to connect to your body in a loving way and to recharge your energy and meet other 'new' mums and babies.

Pelvic floor Yoga -for all women, especially postpartum Book Now

The Pelvic Floor Yoga classes are suitable for any women, especially mums (postnatal or later). Enjoy some yoga-me-time with a strong focus on pelvic floor & core strengthening. Restorative & Relaxation poses in between. 

Do nothing but enjoying listening to sound of your own breath as you move through wonderful flowing yoga poses with your awareness on your pelvic floor.
